Hatha 26 series

TEACHER: Gagan Bhutani

CLASS DESCRIPTION: The Hatha26 sequence is typically taught in a heated room. The class is designed to maintain a healthy, strong body and a calm mind and involves holding asanas from 10 to 40 seconds. There are no Sun Salutations. We will start with a comprehensive warmup, followed by balancing and standing poses, and ending with a floor sequence.

Iyengar Yoga movement

CLASS DESCRIPTION: On the summer solstice, when the light lingers a little longer, this 60-minute all-levels Iyengar Yoga class invites you to slow down, tune in, and stand a little taller. 

We’ll explore the art of standing poses—the foundation of a strong, steady, and intelligent practice—through clear yet playful instruction. We’ll work with precision within the context of our often-chaotic surroundings. Outside, with the city as our backdrop, precision becomes something you explore rather than something you force.

Structure, with room to move, breathe, and take it all in.

Come ready to feel grounded, focused, and connected—to yourself, the moment, and the shared energy of practicing together.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: This Vinyasa Flow, led by Brendan Gibbons, is designed to awaken the body and open energetic pathways through a steady rhythm of breath and movement. The intention is not just to move, but to energize, listen, and arrive fully in your body.

Sound Bath

TEACHER: Brendan Gibbons and Laura Casing

CLASS DESCRIPTION: As the Vinyasa flow practice softens, we transition into a live sound journey led by Brendan and Laura Casing, using crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, ocean drum, buffalo drum, chimes, and voice. The layered vibrations and harmonized vocals support deep rest, calm the nervous system, and invite a meditative state. You will leave feeling grounded, open, and connected.
